Ernst Henning Eielsen: Anders Breivik’s Judge Caught on Camera (Photos)

One of the five judges in Anders Breivik’s case was caught on camera not concentrating on the case being tried in court. Judge Ernst Henning Eielsen was reported opening a solitaire game for 16 minutes while an expert witness gave evidence.

The trial of the case was being held in Oslo, Norway, the judge answered the allegations that he was not paying attention by saying that the game helped him concentrate.

Judge Ernst Henning Eielsen even stated that “There are different ways of staying focused.”
